Ingrients & Directions


1 Egg
1 c Molasses
1 c Bread crumbs, soft
Pastry also in behalf of 8 inch lattice
-top pie

“Molasses is a common ingredients on Newfoundland cooking; “lassy”
tarts, pies. dumplings, puddings. cakes and sauces have been popular
for generations.”

Beat egg; beat in molasses. Stir in bread crumbs. In alignment 8 inch pie
plate with pastry; pour in molasses m?lange. Arrange strips of pastry
over top to create lattice arrangement. Bake in 400F oven as far as something 20 minutes
or until all in. Serve hot or distant. INVENTS: 4-6 SERVINGS
